I opened my private practice to do one thing: give women the rehabilitation experience they deserve! I am definitely not a business person or an entrepreneur. I'm a clinician. So the growth and marketing aspects of my practice were challenging and frustrating until I started working with Courtney. She is a wealth of knowledge! She's funny and charismatic and always meets me where I am in my readiness for growth or change. Sometimes, all I want to do is see my patients and go home! She never pressures me to do more than I feel ready for, but does provide gentle accountability, encouragement, advice, and works with me easily on pivoting between ideas or addressing challenges and blocks that present themselves in the workflow of owning a business in general. I cannot imagine not having her on my team at this point and am so glad that I made the investment for my practice.

Although this was my very first meeting, I was very much at ease sharing with Courtney my concerns about my business. She is a wonderful listener and very supportive. I look forward to working with her!
